Spirit Living

You’ve brought me to the cross

oh once again Lord,

but this time with new vision

in my eyes.

You’re cleaning out the embers

of my heart Lord,

to show me that my life’s

not really mine.

 

So hold me in your arms

upon the cross Lord.

Now take me to the grave

where once you laid.

Now fill me with your Spirit

Loving Saviour,

So I can rise victorious

In your name.

 

And now I’m yours to do with

as you please Lord.

How patiently you’ve waited

all this time.

You’re healing all the hurts

along the way Lord,

your perfect love so gentle

and so kind.
